I can't get the coengs to work on the new font, and the download on your main blog page comes up as a PC zip file. When I try to install the font, it says that it's missing opentype data. I'm still just left with no coengs.
I have been following the instructions on the khmer unicode layout pdf, which says to push the J-key to get the + sign to appear under a character, then push the character to make it appear as a coeng. None of my coengs are working. Please help!
How about Adroid Phone?
