Read Khmer on Android phone without root from Firefox
FlipFont for Galaxy Series of Samsung still has problem that can’t read Khmer on web browser. Now the problem have been solved via Firefox add-on.
Thanks to Mathieu Pellerin, he has created add-on installation to make Firefox Aurora support Khmer on Android phone, no need to root for adding font as before.
The add-on doesn’t work on normal version of Firefox on Play Store yet, so you can download Aurora version from here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/aurora/
Then go to setting – add-on type “Khmer” in search box, you will see “Khmer Fonts Package”. Scroll down and click on “View All Version” to find version 0.6 which is more stable. Click “Add to Firefox” and restart application.

Second Khmer Webfont for iOS
Nokora is the second webfont I have added AAT tables to recently. It has gone live today (October 25 2012). I designed the font especially for the small screens of Android phones, and now it also works with iPhone and iPad.
The first font I have added AAT tables to is Hanuman. It also combines the AAT technology of Apple and the OpenType technology for displaying text on most small devices, including Android phones and iPhones.
Statistics today show that total number of times Hanuman was served by the Google Font API each week is 2,182,449.
You can find both Nokora and Hanuman fonts here: google.com/webfonts
Specimen of Nokora: google.com/webfonts/specimen/Nokora

Samsung has unveiled a voice-controlled camera as part of a fall lineup of consumer gadgets aimed at setting itself apart from rival Apple.
The South Korean electronics giant presented the 16-megapixel Galaxy Camera at the IFA tech show in Berlin on Wednesday.
It comes days after Samsung suffered a costly defeat in a patent dispute with Apple in the United States.
Samsung's Galaxy Camera runs Google's popular Android operating system, giving it features previously restricted to smartphones or tablet computers such as photo organizing, photo sharing and voice-control.
The company also announced two new phones, the Galaxy Note II and the ATIV S running Microsoft's Windows 8 operating system.
Samsung says the devices will be available in many countries from the end of October.

The sun erupted Tuesday evening, and the effects should start smacking Earth around 4 a.m. PST today, according to forecasters at the federal government's Space Weather Prediction Center. They say the flare is growing as it speeds outward from the sun.
"It's hitting us right in the nose," said Joe Kunches, a scientist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
